Amazing New Arrow Trailer Offers Deepest Look Yet At Season 6

While I imagine that there are many of you out there who, like me, have been watching Arrow since the pilot episode aired and will remain on board until the very end, there still remains a sizable chunk of the viewing audience who needs convincing in order to invest their time in any given show. Fortunately enough, a newly released trailer perfectly illustrates why we should all stand by Oliver Queen for the foreseeable future.

As good of a job as the last significant trailer did when it came to whetting our appetites, you may agree with me in saying that this is the kind of preview we should’ve gotten all along. Granted, some inclusions may have been impossible before now because those scenes simply hadn’t been filmed, but I think you know what I mean.

Now, there’s a heck of a lot to take in here, but we start out by being given a general idea of what Oliver must go through this season. In short, he must continue juggling his competing lives as the Green Arrow and mayor of Star City, and has to simultaneously be a father to William, whom we’re guessing lost his mother to the blast on Lian Yu.

Additionally, we’re given a new look at the budding Black Siren-Black Canary rivalry, as well as a returning Deathstroke. Not only that, but this is our fist real glimpse at Slade Wilson’s son, Joe (Liam Hall), Kirk Acevedo’s Richard Dragon and whatever mysterious villain Michael Emerson is playing.

Suffice it to say, this baby is worth watching several times while you wait for Arrow to return for its sixth season on Thursday, October 12 on The CW.
