Wheel of Fortune‘s longtime duo Pat Sajak and Vanna White have undeniable on-screen chemistry. I mean, they’ve been on the syndicated game show together for 40 years.

So, that’s naturally led to many over the years wondering whether they’re married; but, they’re not. Sajak has been married to his wife, Lesly Brown, since 1989, according to People. Brown is a former model, and they met through mutual friends at a sports bar in 1988 — a year prior to getting hitched.

They have two children together: daughter Maggie, and son Patrick.

On the other end, White is in a long-term relationship with her boyfriend, Josh Donaldson, per People. She started dating the Californian real estate developer 11 years ago after he was invited to one of her barbeques by a mutual friend. “I remember looking at him and thinking, ‘He’s really cute,’ ” White said to People in a 2019 interview. “We ended up talking for a long time that night.”

They’ve been together since. “It just works,” White continued. “He lets me be me, I let him be him. There is no drama.”

They don’t have any children together. White had two — daughter Giovana and son Nicholas — in the ’90s with her then-husband George San Pietro.

Sajak and White only have 1 season left together on ‘Wheel of Fortune’

Sajak took to Twitter on June 12 to reveal that Wheel of Fortune’s upcoming 41st season will be his last. “Well, the time has come,” the game show’s host since 1981 tweeted. “I’ve decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last. It’s been a wonderful ride, and I’ll have more to say in the coming months. Many thanks to you all. (If nothing else, it’ll keep the clickbait sites busy!).”

White, who has revealed letters on the word puzzle board and clapped along since 1982, shared her appreciation for Sajak after his announcement. “When we started @WheelofFortune who could have imagined we’d still be at it 41 seasons later?” White tweeted. “I couldn’t be happier to have shared the stage with you for all these years with one more to come. Cheers to you, @patsajak!”

Longtime American Idol host Ryan Seacrest confirmed via Instagram on June 27 that he’s slated to take Sajak’s place in 2024. He gushed about the opportunity to work alongside White, while praising Sajak’s ability to connect with the show’s contestants. According to a report from The New York Times, White has one year left on her contract with Sony Pictures Entertainment and is currently in negotiations to extend it.
