A grim reaper of sorts, Zoom was transformed into Black Flash in The Flash‘s season 2 premiere and while it’s not clear if Teddy Sears will reprise the role, chances are he’ll still have a big part to play here. After all, the Reverse-Flash managed to cheat death following the events of Flashpoint, so him coming for Eobard Thawne (who’s in intent on toying with the timeline) makes sense.

Guggenheim also had this to say about some other surprise cameos on both Legends of Tomorrow and the other shows set in the Arrowverse.

“Next week’s episode of Arrow features, I will say, the fastest crossover with Flash we’ve ever had… We, just yesterday, made an offer to an actor to reprise their role from one of the other shows in the season finale of Legends. Oh, and in the penultimate episode we’re gonna have… I can’t be specific about this, but it’s one of the most fun things I think we’ve ever done on the show… a character from one of the other shows on Legends in a way that you’ve never seen before, you may never see again, but will, I think, just send fans into squeals of joy.”

As of right now, we can only guess what those cameos might be, but we may have a theory for at least one of them. A dire warning from a future version of Barry Allen has played a big role in Legends of Tomorrow this year, and a more experienced version of the Scarlet Speedster teaming up with the time-travelling heroes to stop the Legion of Doom would be a lot of fun for fans to see, don’t you think?
