If you’ve been keeping up with what Archie Comics have been up to in recent years, then you’re well aware of how they’ve branched out beyond comedy. I mean, not only has the publisher injected more drama into its flagship books, but it’s also released a variety of dynamite horror titles such as Afterlife with Archie, Jughead: The Hunger and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

Originally, we’d all assumed that the TV adaptation chronicling the exploits of the teenage witch would land over at The CW and serve as a spinoff to Riverdale, but that’s no longer the case. Instead, the series is headed to Netflix, where it’s been picked up for two, ten-episode seasons.

As a fan of the source material, it’s been a delight to see the hype machine continue on, as some images taken from the series began circulating not long ago. And now, Netflix have released one devilish poster showing lead actress Kiernan Shipka throwing up her horns in ways normally reserved for bands such as Behemoth, which you can view below.

What’s also worth mentioning is the streaming service promises “something witchy coming your way tomorrow,” so it’s expected that the first trailer will drop at long last. If so, then we’ll finally get a substantial look at what I’m pretty sure will catch a lot of people offguard.

For more, be sure to check out this brief synopsis:

“This adaptation finds Sabrina wrestling to reconcile her dual nature — half-witch, half-mortal — while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family and the daylight world humans inhabit.”

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina debuts on Friday, October 26 on Netflix.
