Oh Ari, when will you learn? With the season just about to end, it looks like things aren’t going to end well for anyone, well except maybe Drama. Turtle’s business deal may not be turning out how he thought it would be, E still hasn’t married Sloan, Vince continues to stay on his destructive path, Drama may have finally found success and Ari, well once again his big mouth gets him in trouble.

After Ari’s recent fiasco he’s trying to be more of a family man. He’s trying to spend more time with the wife and kids but not being able to check his phone well out with the family is killing him. His obsession with checking his phone makes for some pretty funny moments in the episode and overall, Ari was pretty funny this week. Unfortunately he still hasn’t learnt to keep his mouth shut.

Ari thinks that Amanda is going after the NFL team, he also suspects that she’s the one who leaked the tapes. It just so happens that while out to dinner with the wife, Ari runs into Amanda. When she comes over to talk to him, before she can even say anything he flips out at her. He’s rude, abusive and obnoxious.

Ari screws himself over though. After he’s done his rant, Amanda tells him that firstly she didn’t leak the tapes, one of Ari’s ex-employees who now works for Amanda leaked the tapes. She also tells Ari that the reason she is at dinner is because she was meeting with the NFL crew. The reason for the meeting, to discuss Ari’s involvement. Despite everything, they had decided to let him back in on the deal.

Not anymore though, after Ari’s little blow up at Amanda, she tells him all bets are off. Ashamed and embarrassed Ari tells his wife that they’re going. Furious at him, Mrs. Ari tells him to leave and she’ll meet him at home. Things are getting really bad for Ari and I can’t see the season ending well for him. Personally, I think it’s going to be Mrs. Ari who delivers the final blow. I don’t think she’ll go as far as divorcing him but I think she’ll certainly do something.

Not much happened with E this episode and Drama didn’t have a whole lot going on either. One big thing happened for Drama though and that was the decision he made to do the cartoon. For some reason E’s secretary was able to convince him to do it and I’m guessing next season Drama’s storyline will revolve around the cartoon.

Turtle, who thought he was going to be praised by Carlos, ends up screwing up big time. After convincing Carlos to meet with Mark Cuban, Turtle realizes that maybe bringing Cuban on board was a bad idea. Cuban wants to make the tequila into the official drink of the Dallas Mavericks. In fact, he wants to buy the entire company from Carlos. Carlos doesn’t want this but his brother is eager to sell it for a quick buck. Now Carlos is afraid Cuban will approach his brother and buy it from him. And who’s to blame for all this? Turtle.

Lastly we come to Vince. He meets with Peter Berg in regards to the Airwalkers film and he manages to convince Peter to let Sasha have a part in the film. Sasha tells him that despite this, she is still doing the porn film. Vince gets a bit upset and tells her that he loves her.

At the end of the episode, the boys find Vince’s bag of cocaine and it’s not small. By the looks of it, Vince has been using a lot of coke and I think we may see him head to rehab before the season ends.

It wasn’t one of the best episodes but it was passable. Ari was great in it and I’m happy that Drama is doing the cartoon. Knowing Drama though I’m sure something is going to go wrong and he’ll end up unemployed in the near future.

Still nothing more on the E and Sloan wedding. Did the writers forget about it?

It sucks that just as things were looking up for Turtle the business deal took a turn for the worst. Turtle always seems to wiggle his way out of these sticky situations and I think he’ll be able to do so with the current predicament. I’m not sure how he’ll handle it but he’ll think of something.

As for Vince, who knows? I’m betting rehab but it may be something even worse. The tension is building up between him and E and perhaps E may be the one who makes him go to rehab. We’ll have to see.

Check back in two weeks (there’s no episode next week) for our recap on the next episode, ‘Lose Yourself’. Apparently Eminem is making a cameo.
