This second full promo gives us a much better insight into the relationship between Jones and Mike Colter’s Luke Cage, and also the twisted machinations of the sinister Kilgrave (David Tennant). Miss Jones is clearly more than a match for this “Purple Man” physically, but it seems he’ll be using his mid-control powers to manipulate her, and those closest to her, into playing his little game.

What is that game exactly? Apparently just to take Jessica down to his level, and force her to relinquish any of the former heroism she might still be clinging on to.

Jessica Jones also stars Rachel Taylor as Trish “Hellcat” Walker and Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeryn Hogarth. The 13-episode series will premiere on Netflix on November 20th, 2015. In the meantime, you catch a new image of the latter actress in-character as the no-nonsense attorney below.
