Is Luke Cage Going To Appear In Daredevil Season 2?

Luke Cage is a big part of Jessica Jones, but could the man with unbreakable skin make an appearance in Daredevil season two as well? His first solo series is shooting at the same time as Daredevil's second season, so it's certainly possible, and the video above definitely appears to tease that.

Alternatively, it could just be making a reference to the fact that Luke runs a bar in Jessica Jones and is a simple piece of viral marketing encouraging viewers to choose which they’d rather pay a visit to; his or Josie’s (a favourite spot of Matt Murdock and the gang). Of course, yet another way to interpret this is that Cage will be taking over Josie’s, but it appears as if we’ll just have to wait and see for the time being.

Early reviews for Jessica Jones have been very positive, and rumour has it that the Man Without Fear is going to show up at some point in season one, so there’s clearly plans for crossovers before all of these heroes meet and assemble The Defenders.

It’s thought that Daredevil will air around the same time next year as season one did, with Luke Cage following this time next year (unless Jessica Jones gets a second season; that could change the schedule in a major way). Regardless of how it all pans out, seeing these guys all sharing the same screen promises to be very exciting.
