For starters, there’s one awesome team shot that showcases Jason Isaacs (Harry Potter) as Captain Lorca of the DiscoveryDoug Jones (Hellboy) as Lieutenant Saru, Michelle Yeoh (Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon) as Captain Georgiou of the Shenzhou and Sonequa Martin-Green (The Walking Dead) as First Officer Michael Burnham, while other images highlight those four characters individually, including our best look yet at Saru, who’s described as “a snarky Kelpian with heightened survival instincts.”

Another pic gives us our first look at The Office‘s Rainn Wilson as Harry Mudd, who’s one of two characters from Star Trek: The Original Series who will be appearing in the show. The other is Sarek, Spock’s father, played here by James Frain. The Klingons, also introduced in TOS, can likewise be seen in the gallery and as we know, Discovery will feature an ancient Klingon house led by T’Kuvma (Chris Obi), who will cause trouble in the galaxy.

Elsewhere, we’ve got an image that shows off Lorca’s “menagerie,” his private collection of ancient weapons and relics, and a couple of photos highlighting the transporter room, which is based off the design from TOS.

Star Trek: Discovery is set 10 years before the beginning of the five-year-mission explored in TOS. Martin-Green’s Michael will be the star, a human raised on Vulcan by Sarek and the brainchild of co-creator Bryan Fuller, before he pulled out of the show due to creative differences with the network.

Take a look at the photos in the gallery up above and get ready to be beamed into the Star Trek universe once again when Discovery arrives on September 24th on CBS All Access.
