Different from our written, season reviews in that TV Talk is a weekly segment, we’ll be running through the highs and lows of a new episode of a particular show each week. Currently, we’re following along with the adventures of the Girl of Steel over on Supergirl, and on this instalment of TV Talk, we take a look at the third episode of season 2.

In case you haven’t caught up yet, on this outing of the show, “Supergirl and the DEO are called on to protect the President when she comes to National City to sign her Alien Amnesty Act. However, a hostile alien threatens to kill the President and anyone who gets in its way.” Overall, it was another exciting episode for the series, though it did lack in action, and in particular we really enjoyed seeing Lynda Carter make her highly anticipated debut.

For our full thoughts on tonight’s outing of Supergirl, check out the video above and be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel, as we’ll be back next week to recap episode 4, “Survivors.”
