Who is the unlucky victim in The White Lotus season 2?
Despite all of the logical contenders that revealed themselves during the season, the person who died at the conclusion of The White Lotus season two was Jennifer Coolidge’s character Tanya McQuoid.
In the show’s final episode things seemed all but doomed for Tanya until its finale moments. The wealthy businesswoman had been taken advantage of by Quentin and his gang of conmen who planned on killing her for her husband and together taking her money.
Despite her fate all but being set in stone, things took a turn on the boat when Tanya got one-up on her attackers and shot and killed many of them securing herself a way back to the White Lotus. What wound up killing her was no person, but herself, as she slipped and fell lowering herself down from the Yacht into a second smaller boat.
After slipping and hitting her head she fell into the water unconscious and drowned. Her body was then discovered by Daphne Sullivan showing us what we saw in the very first episode of the show.
