Succession is currently in the midst of its final season. While some of its most prominent characters have already bid farewell, others have only just made their return. One of these is Nate Sofrelli.
Political strategist and Shiv Roy’s former fling, Nate got himself caught up in the Succession story during its first two seasons. During this time he was having an affair with Shiv, however, after being exposed for this and scared away by her husband he faded out of the picture.
Now in its final episodes, Nate is back again, and as fans see this familiar face stealing more screen time many might be wondering where exactly they’ve seen him before.
Who plays Nate Sofrelli in Succession?
The character of Nate Sofrelli is portrayed in Succession by actor Ashley Zukerman. If you think you recognise the actor then there are plenty of places you may have seen them before. The most notable of these is starring as Nick Goode in Netflix’s Fear Street trilogy of films.
Other notable career appearances for Zukerman include a starring role in WWII drama Manhattan, the 2020 limited series A Teacher, and The Lost Symbol. He also appeared in an episode of The Walking Dead spinoff Fear the Walking Dead. Of course, Succession would be considered by many as the largest role for the star to date, and as season 4 continues were poised to see a little more of Nate before things are all said and done.
