The CW has released a trio of images from the next episode of The Flash, and as well as revealing that Zoom goes after Wally West, we see in the gallery above that the youngster is about to learn that Barry Allen is secretly the Fastest Man Alive – something that’s sure to shake up the status quo for Team Flash in a major way moving forward.

For more details on what to expect from this episode of The Flash (which is titled “Enter Zoom”), here’s the official synopsis:

Equipped with the tachyon device, Barry (Grant Gustin) believes he is fast enough to stop Zoom (guest star Teddy Sears) and wants to open the breaches to catch him. Harry (Tom Cavanagh) strongly advises against that plan but after Barry convinces him, Harry reveals that Cisco (Carlos Valdes) has the power to re-open the breach. Meanwhile, Hunter Zoloman’s (Teddy Sears) painful story on Earth-2 is revealed. Stefan Pleszcynski directed the episode written by Joe Peracchio & David Kob.

This is the episode we’ve all been waiting for, as it will feature The Flash finally coming face to face with the man he believed to be Jay Garrick. In fact, this instalment will hopefully clear up a lot of unanswered questions, but Wally learning about Barry is definitely the biggest talking point here.

We’ll see what happens next in The Flash when “Enter Zoom” airs later this month.
