A new TV spot was released today for the upcoming David Fincher film The Social Network. Based on the novel The Accidental Billionaires by Ben Mezrich, the film will tell the story of Mark Zuckerberg, the man who created Facebook. The new TV spot is only about a minute long but it features a couple new clips and features the song ‘Power’ by Kanye West.

The film, which is hitting theatres October 1st, stars Jesse Eisenberg as Zuckerberg. Other cast members include Andrew Garfield and Justin Timberlake.  With a solid cast and a fantastic director, the film is sure to be a hit. With over 500 million people currently on Facebook I’m sure the film will have no problem doing well at the box office.

The Social Network is also going to give audiences a look at the future Spider-Man, Andrew Garfield. While he has starred in other films, this is by far Garfield’s biggest role yet. It will give him a chance to showcase his acting talents and show the world that he’s going to make a great Spider-Man.
