In fact, Reynolds swung by the annual trade show this past weekend to promote the oncoming release of Deadpool 2: The Super Duper Cut and all of the new content it brings – keep your peepers peeled for Omega Red, the famous Wolverine villain who managed to carve out a small role right underneath our eyes.

And while fielding questions at a Deadpool 2 Q&A, the actor spoke candidly about the sequel’s funniest scene, and revealed why he feared some sort of blowback from the Motion Picture Association of America – the powers who have final say on a film’s rating, essentially.

The baby legs were shown to me the week of the release of the film. That week we had to block-out photos and I have a little girl and I kept saying, make my legs look like those, and then when I saw it, I immediately regretted all of it. I was worried that you saw some baby balls in there, and we would get rejected by the MPAA. So I was prepared to go to their office — because you can argue your case — but I was going to tell them those were my balls.

It’s vintage Ryan Reynolds, really. Thankfully, those willing to shell out the cash for Deadpool 2: The Super Duper Cut can look forward to plenty of never-before-seen footage from Fox and David Leitch’s sequel, including that contentious Baby Hitler scene that was originally earmarked as a possible post-credits gag before Fox intervened.

All of this (and more!) will be tucked away within Deadpool 2: The Super Duper Cut when it arrives on Digital HD on August 7th (August 21st for Blu-ray and DVD). And don’t worry, there’s still time to enter our contest or pre-order it on Amazon.
