Skyfall Trailer #2 Sneak Peek

Today, Sony has released a very brief sneak peek of the second full-length trailer for their upcoming James Bond film, Skyfall. I've made it clear in previous posts that I hate this recent trend of "trailers for trailers" and seeing as we've seen two of them today (the first one being for Paranormal Activity 4), I'm not a happy camper.

Today, Sony has released a very brief sneak peek of the second full-length trailer for their upcoming James Bond film, Skyfall.

I’ve made it clear in previous posts that I hate this recent trend of “trailers for trailers” and seeing as we’ve seen two of them today (the first one being for Paranormal Activity 4), I’m not a happy camper. I think the whole thing is utterly useless and completely pointless. Why release a 20 second preview for a 2 minute trailer that will be arriving only a few days later?

In the case of Skyfall, the full thing will be made available tomorrow at 2pm BST on 007.com and rest assured, we’ll throw it up on the site as soon as we can.

But, if you really can’t wait, check out the quick preview below. Admittedly, it does look quite good and I still stand by my view that Skyfall will be the best Bond film of at least the past 20 or 30 years.

It truly does look fantastic, everything from the direction to the acting to the production design to the stunts and everything in between, it looks like director Sam Mendes has really nailed the character and I think fans are going to be pleasantly surprised with this outing. At the very least, it looks a hell of a lot better than Quantum of Solace.

Skyfall will hit theatres on November 9th, 2012, check out the sneak peek below.
