Fans of The Hunger Games have been waiting a long time for the second instalment of the franchise, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, to hit theaters, and they only have a few more painstaking months to go.

In the meantime, Lionsgate has been kind enough to release a new image from the film featuring Jennifer Lawrence’s character, Katniss. The photo debuted exclusively to Entertainment Weekly Facebook fans as part of their marketing campaign. It shows Katniss seated in a pretty nondescript, industrial-looking location appearing only marginally concerned with her circumstances.

There haven’t been any images from the second half of the book just yet, so it’s pretty safe to assume this photo precedes her return to the arena. If I had to guess, it’s most likely during her transport to the 75th annual Hunger Games – also titled, the Quarter Quell – since it resembles the description in the book. She’s definitely not in District 12 anymore.

The Quarter Quell came as a huge shock for most readers of the series – I actually had to get up and walk around for a while before I could pick the book back up – but at this stage, I’m sure most people who have been keeping up with the franchise already know about it. Still, I’m hoping that there will be enough people that haven’t read the books (or any coverage of the second film) that it will still come as a surprise to someone.

Check out the latest image from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire below, and let us know if you have a better guess of Katniss’s surroundings in the photo.
