Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Promo Stills Reveal The Fate Of Our Missing Characters

In the closing moments of the last episode of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Eli Morrow was finally able to complete his experiment, and in doing so caused Coulson, Fitz and his own nephew, Robbie Reyes/Ghost Rider, to vanish without a trace. It was an intriguing cliffhanger to take us into the next installment (which won't air until November 29), but fans were fairly certain these 3 principal characters would survive, and sure enough, the boys are alive and kicking in these new promotional images for "Deals With Our Devils."

In the closing moments of the last episode of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Eli Morrow was finally able to complete his experiment, and in doing so caused Coulson, Fitz and his own nephew, Robbie Reyes/Ghost Rider, to vanish without a trace.

It was an intriguing cliffhanger to take us into the next installment (which won’t air until November 29), but fans were fairly certain these 3 principal characters would survive, and sure enough, the boys are alive and kicking in these new promotional images for “Deals With Our Devils.”

However, the question remains, where the heck are they? From the looks of these stills there’s a decent chance they’re actually still in the same facility, as we also see May, Mack and co. searching very similar looking corridors for their missing friends.

Is it possible Coulson, Fitz and Reyes were transported to some kind of parallel universe similar to “The Upside-down” from Netflix’s Stranger Things? It would certainly explain why  all of these guys appear to be running around in the same location.

The images also feature Daisy/Quake looking like her face has had another encounter with a fist. Can this girl ever catch a break? Time to come home to S.H.I.E.L.D. for good methinks.

Find out what’s going on for sure when Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns to ABC in a couple of weeks.
