New Synopsis For The Flash Confirms Katee Sackhoff’s Return

I think it's safe to say that the midseason premiere of The Flash caught many of us Arrowverse fans off-guard. Sure, Barry Allen being on trial for the "murder" of Clifford DeVoe was enough of a shock in itself, but who among you actually expected him to be convicted?

Well, from the sound of it, seeing the Scarlet Speedster behind bars is something we’re going to have to get used to for the foreseeable future. Fortunately for the citizens of Central City, Ralph Dibny is expected to step up in a big way, but it’s kind of funny that Wally West hopped on over to Legends of Tomorrow at the most inopportune time. Really, Team Flash could use someone with his talents right about now.

Still, there’s much to look forward to on the horizon as geek royalty Katee Sackhoff will soon make her return to the series. Having debuted this past fall as the nefarious underworld boss Amunet, she’s proven to be a formidable contemporary for the Flash and Killer Frost alike.

And thanks to a recently surfaced synopsis for the February 6th episode, “True Colors,” we know that’s when we’ll be seeing more of her. In fact, whatever she has planned has something to do with Iron Heights, the very prison that Barry now calls home.

For more on that front, be sure to comb the below description for details:

AMUNET MAKES A BIG PLAY — After hearing that Amunet (guest star Katee Sackhoff) has struck a deal to buy all of the metahumans in Iron Heights, Barry (Grant Gustin) must decide if he should expose his powers in order to save his cellmates. After a visit from an old friend, Ralph (guest star Hartley Sawyer) is reminded of his shady past and wonders if he’s really a changed man. Tara Nicole Weyr directed the episode written by Jonathan Butler & Gabriel Garza (#413). Original airdate 2/6/2018.

The Flash airs on Tuesday nights on The CW.
