Prototype 2 Blackwatch Collector’s Edition Announced

Activision's upcoming action sandbox sequel, Prototype 2, has had a Collector's Edition confirmed for its console release. Referred to as the Blackwatch Collector's Edition, the package will retail for $80.

Activision‘s upcoming action sandbox sequel, Prototype 2, has had a Collector’s Edition confirmed for its console release.

Referred to as the Blackwatch Collector’s Edition, the package will retail for $80. Besides the full game, special content will include a soundtrack CD, a hardbound art book, the first DLC (Colossal Mayhem,) a digital comic titled Prototype: The Labyrinth and a 20% discount code for the Prototype Merchandise Store.

Prototype 2, a sequel to 2009’s Prototype, will focus on new protagonist James Heller seeking a cure for the Blacklight Virus, as well as hunting down Alex Mercer, the lead character from the original game.

It will be released on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on April 24th.
