Katy Perry has an upcoming date with a 3D concert experience and her camp has just released a promo trailer for the event.

Perry is known for her light and fluffy style of music and if that’s what you are into, then this trailer will only up your anticipation for her Part of Me 3D concert film, scheduled to hit theaters on July 4, 2012.

The film will be a combination of concert footage and pre-fame home videos with some behind-the-scenes clips. The group Magical Elves will direct Katy Perry: Part of Me. This is the same team that produced the smash hit, Justin Bieber: Never Say Never.

Do you think they can pull off magic twice? Check out the trailer and let us know in the comment section below.
