Ice-T’s encounter with a turkey leaves the internet in stitches

No one, including Ice-T, wakes up in the morning expecting to find a turkey in their driveway.

Have you ever had one of those magical mornings where you wake up, walk outside, take a deep breath, and think to yourself; “You know what would make this day even better? A friggen’ turkey in my driveway.” No? Just us?

Well, thankfully, it looks like Ice-T can be added to the (short) list of folks who have had an unprovoked turkey encounter in 2023. In between posting inspirational quotes and making everyone feel better about themselves, it looks like Ice-T’s new hobby is wildlife photography. In a series of events that seem like something out of one of his Law & Order episodes, the rapper and entertainer was interrupted earlier this morning by a rather curious bird.

Like he says in the video, this turkey isn’t some CGI, AI-generated monstrosity — it’s 100 percent real. If we didn’t know any better, it looks like it might want to take one of Ice-T’s cars for a spin.

An active Twitter user, Ice-T often uses the platform to engage with fans and post his thoughts, but as the ordeal surrounding this turkey continues to grain traction — fans of the rap icon aren’t sure what to make of it all.

How come Ice-T always gets to have all the fun? Although if anyone deserves it, it’s Ice-T. With a career spanning over three decades, countless musical achievements, and a spot on an insanely long-running crime drama — the man can do it all. Hopefully this isn’t the last we see of Ice-T’s driveway turkey, and with any luck, there might be more animals in his driveway from here on.
