Ben Affleck’s ‘The Flash’ Batsuit has been revealed thanks to new merch

Get a glimpse of Ben Affleck's batsuit in 'The Flash.'

There are only a couple of months left before DC’s The Flash hits theaters, and while everyone is hyped up for Michael Keaton’s return, let’s not forget that another Batman will also make an appearance in the upcoming superhero film.

Ben Affleck will be reprising his role as Batman, possibly for the final time before the DCU reboot kicks off with Chapter One: Gods and Monsters in 2025. While in the trailer, we got to see him in his civilian outfit, now images of Batfleck’s supersuit have been revealed thanks to new merch that will soon be released.

Entertainment Earth has opened pre-orders and in-stock purchases for toys, figures, and other merchandise for the upcoming DC flick. And one of these items is a 7-inch scale action figure for Affleck’s Batman. You can tell it’s his since Keaton’s batsuit contains a yellow oval with the Batman symbol on top of it. Meanwhile, Affleck’s suit remains dark with only an etching of the bat symbol emblazoned on his chest.

What’s interesting about this suit is that it somewhat confirms that Affleck will don the batsuit once more in the film. The trailer featured a quick glimpse of Affleck’s Batman, gliding down a high-speed highway. So it’s possible that it’s him during the scene and not Keaton.

This isn’t the first time that official merchandise leaked outfit reveals and potential plot points for The Flash. Previously, now-deleted leaked images of the film’s Funko Pop figures revealed that Wonder Woman may appear in the film, as well as the return of General Zod from Man of Steel and the introduction of Supergirl.

So if you’re excited to see Affleck play Batman one last time before he gets replaced by someone else, DC’s The Flash will run its way into theaters on June 16, 2023.
