Taylor Swift’s surprise song convinces fans the breakup was not ‘dramatic’ but the relationship definitely was

No one is ready to believe the split was 'amicable.'

Taylor Swift is totally killing it on all levels and she’s still only on the first leg of The Eras Tour that will continue all summer until August 9, 2023. With surprises at just about every stop, she added her song “You’re Not Sorry” to her musical lineup, which fans are sure is spelling everything about her hush-hush breakup with Joe Alwyn, which was not “dramatic” if reports are to be believed.

Even though the song was originally released in 2008 as a country track, it has been given a new life on this tour. There is a different feel to it and the fans have picked up on it. The words can be read and the recording can be heard, but nothing beats hearing a song played live when it’s coming from a singer who is feeling it. That’s the vibe and they’re getting it.

Taylor Swift had been dating Joe Alwyn since 2016 and even though they have kept it to themselves for the most part, there is no denying the pictures that have been taken of the two when they’re seen out together. There was a strong connection that could be felt in the way she looked at him and the way they seemed to get along. That has drastically changed to the point that after being seen at dinner with her, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively have both unfollowed Alwyn on Twitter, making a huge 2023-ish statement. According to Glamour, the Haim sisters and Swift’s brother Austin are also among the squad unfollowing her former beau.

Fans are wondering what actually went down, knowing that an “amicable” breakup is most likely not the truth, and now, Swift singing the particular song has only backed up the strong gut feelings.

Replace “market” with an expletive and that’s what this fan is trying to say. That’s autocorrect for you. It’s never “duck,” autocorrect. It’s never “duck.”

Taylor sang the song with her usual passion, but Swifties could see their girl is hurting.

For those who weren’t there, here is a sample and this is how it feels.

When a musician like Taylor Swift can make fans feel sorry for something they didn’t even experience, that’s power.

The feelings of anger and revenge can be understood in any language.

Swifties might never get the full story of what happened between Alwyn and Swift to break their picture-perfect relationship. But then again they might wake up one day to the megastar handing them the 411. Whatever happens, one thing is certain — Swifties will always have her back.
