No surprises to be found as Mark Hamill fully endorses Stephen King’s scathing assessment of Donald Trump

Can't say this one comes as a surprise.

When it comes to high-profile celebrities who make a regular point of taking certain members of the Republican party to task anytime the opportunity presents itself, it’s hard to place any names other than Mark Hamill and Stephen King at the top of the pile.

The Star Wars icon and the legendary author rarely hold back when it comes to letting their feelings be known on the state of the sociopolitical world, and the fact they’ve each got millions of followers on social media ensures that people are always willing to listen when they talk.

To the surprise of surely nobody, then, Hamill has offered his succinct backing to King’s less-than-complimentary assessment on Home Alone 2, Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, and Zoolander star Donald Trump, stating that the part-time actor and former reality television host is a great deal scarier than anything one of the horror genre’s most proficient minds could ever hope to concoct.

In all honesty, Hamill and King ganging up on the WWE Hall of Famer is the online equivalent of shooting fish in a barrel, even if it does fit their online personalities to a tee. Both are known for being occasionally wholesome, frequently sarcastic, and regularly biting when it comes to that side of the divide, so the only real surprise is that it’s taken so long for them to find something so synergetic.

Of course, the tangerine-faced terror has that effect on a lot of people, so it was really only just a matter of time before they teamed up.
