Where is ‘The Brady Bunch’ house?

The iconic home is up for sale.

It’s been nearly 50 years since the last episode of the original Brady Bunch aired on ABC, but — somehow — the show remains a cultural icon.

Nearly everyone’s seen at least an episode or two of the series, enough to understand references to “Marsha Marsha Marsha,” and get the ’70s series theme eternally stuck in their heads. News that the instantly recognizable home that housed the Brady family from 1969 through 1974 is up for sale struck a chord with the show’s persisting fanbase, many of whom would love to tour the iconic house for themselves. It contains dozens of memories — for many of us, inextricably linked to our childhoods — of that classic, beloved series, and you can officially own it for yourself — if you’ve got a few million to spare.

The home featured across each of The Brady Bunch‘s five seasons was listed for sale by HGTV, which purchased the property several years back, according to USA Today. The home has undergone a thorough renovation ahead of its listing, and carefully curated furnishings, all reminiscent of the treasured ’70s series, are included in the home’s $5.5 million price tag.

The process of renovation was detailed by HGTV’s 2019 program, “A Very Brady Renovation,” leaving potential buyers with the option to see just how much the home was improved and refurbished ahead of its sale. Its careful redesign will make longtime fans of the series feel like they’ve stepped into an episode of their favorite show — now all that’s missing is a passel of kids.

The freshly remodeled home is located in Studio City, California, at 11222 Dilling St. The zip code for the 5,000 square foot home is 91602, with several thousand square feet tacked onto the original home by HGTV during renovation. In total, it boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a spacious living room and backyard. It’s honestly a steal, considering all the history that comes along with it, and the classic, curated furnishings.
