As you can probably guess, they’re all very moody and melodramatic looking, and why didn’t anybody tell me Colin Farrell was going to be in this? (See poster #6). I’m joking of course, but to be quite honest though, it looks as though no thought went into these posters at all, just like the ones from a couple months ago. It seems as though the thought process behind these were that if the characters are given enough eyeshadow, then they’re bound to look enough like a vampire.

Looking back at these films, it’s fair to say that they have been uniformly awful on just about every level. The acting has been some of the worst put to film for the last several years, while the storytelling has been amateurish and overly-melodramatic, more worthy of being a soap opera than an actual series of films. Yet, the fans (aka “Twihards”) seem to enjoy them enough, so they’ve all been allowed to get made.

The Twihards will be sad to see the films end, but for the rest of us, there will be celebrating in the streets as the series finally wraps up. That being said, there have already been rumors of a reboot, so we might not be fully out of the woods yet.

However, if Twilight is your kind of movie, you can check out the final film when it hits theaters on November 16, 2012.

In the meantime, check out the large assortment of posters in the gallery below!
