Mystery man calls cops from Scott Wolf’s home claiming ‘estranged wife’ planning to ‘make a scene’ upon return from trip

An unidentified man called 911 from actor Scott Wolf’s home in Park City, Utah, on June 27, expressing concerns about a potential confrontation with his “estranged wife.” The call was made to the Summit County Sheriff’s Office regarding the residence where the Party of Five star lives with his wife, Kelley Wolf, and their three children.

According to Page Six, during the emergency call, the unknown caller explained to the dispatcher that he had a restraining order against his estranged wife. He mentioned that he received information through friends about a possible incident that might occur upon his return home.

The caller told the dispatcher that his estranged wife “was going to show up at the house with someone tonight and kinda make a scene.” He explained that he was returning from a trip with his three children and that his wife allegedly knew their flight details and arrival time.

The incident occurred just two days after Scott Wolf, 57, filed for and was granted a temporary restraining order against Kelley Wolf, 48. The court also awarded him temporary sole physical and legal custody of their three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.

Court documents revealed that the restraining order was issued because Kelley allegedly “engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties’ minor children.”

The situation developed following Kelley’s announcement of their divorce after 21 years of marriage. Shortly after the announcement, she was taken into police custody and placed on an ‘involuntary hold’ and taken to the hospital after making accusations that Scott was ‘abusing’ her. Kelley later claimed she was placed on a second involuntary hold and alleged she experienced police brutality during the detention.

According to police records, an officer responded to the 911 call at approximately 11:46 p.m. and remained at the scene for about 15 minutes. No arrests were made during this incident. The restraining order was later dropped after Kelley posted photos of alleged bruises and claimed police brutality, and after the couple reached a temporary agreement regarding custody, finances, and communication arrangements.
