‘Morally vacant’ Donald Trump confirms he can’t answer a question meaningfully to save his life

A voluntary inability to atleast be a decent human being.

Donald Trump was somehow able to turn a reporter’s question about starving children in Gaza into a rant about Venezuela and how “hot” America is. Speaking to reporters in Turnberry, Scotland, The president proved he is not only incoherent, but he also completely lacks morals too.

Trump was confronted with a question about how he “feels” when he sees the images of starving children in Gaza. This shouldn’t be such a hard question, but Donald struggled to give a satisfactory answer.

For two minutes the president rambled on, not directly answering the reporter’s question before changing the subject entirely. By the end of his long-winded answer he’s somehow talking about Venezuela which is on the opposite side of the world. I’m almost convinced that listening to his incoherent speech may actually destroy brain cells.

Donald Trump is hopeless at answering questions

On X people called out Trump for the apparent lack of empathy on display here. One person summed it up nicely with five words: “Evasive, incoherent, and morally vacant.”

Another person pointed out that Trump “didn’t actually say how it makes him feel” as he simply doesn’t care.

Plenty of others have shared their opinion online and called out Trump’s evident lack of empathy, although most were simply confounded by his leaps in logic and topics.

The president has a tendency to venture off topic and it’s been pointed out a number of times. In some cases his ramblings have been so bad that people have even wondered if the man’s mental facilities were working properly or whether he needed to be institutionalized. It’s not like his answer to the Gaza question was a subtle attempt to steer the conversation away from a difficult topic, it was more like Trump was answering a completely different question that he made up in his head.

The president lacks morals

There’s a humanitarian crisis currently going on in Palestine yet it seems the president is incapable of thinking outside of his own tiny world, he can’t even bring himself to pretend for the duration of this short interview. All he had to do in response to the reporter’s question was talk about the negative emotions the images made him feel, but he couldn’t even do that, perhaps it’s not an exaggeration to claim that Trump is “morally vacant.”

Donald Trump’s approach to the Israel-Palestine conflict has been pitiful to say the least. From sharing bizarre AI-generated videos of his ideal vision of a perfect “Trump Gaza,” to flip-flopping between calling for a ceasefire and telling Israel to “finish the job,” the president is like a confused child with no clue why they’re in charge.
