Sheriff pleads not guilty to executing Kentucky judge after depraved humiliation ring exposed, new details emerge

Some weird stuff goes on small towns...

Something is most definitely up in Whitesburg, Kentucky. On 19 Sept. 2024, Sheriff Shawn Stines walked into the chambers of his longtime friend, Judge Kevin Mullins. Security camera footage shows Stines and Mullins looking at something on their phones. Then, out of nowhere, Sheriff Stines drew his service pistol and coldly executed Judge Mullins.

Stines then calmly walked out of the building, immediately surrendered to authorities, and told the arresting officers, “They’re trying to kidnap my wife and kid.” Despite being shown on video killing Mullins, Stines has pleaded not guilty on the basis that this was a crime of passion caused by “extreme emotional disturbance.”

Now, thanks to new testimony, we may finally have some answers about this bizarre incident. As per a report in The New York Post, local woman Tya Adams has detailed that Judge Mullins was running a complex and extremely creepy “sex-for-favors” conspiracy in which he and other members of the community would demand sex from women in exchange for cash, or to get people off the hook for crimes.

As Adams explained: “We would do sex parties and perform shows and have sex with them for money, things like that. It was consensual. But it was the thing that we were so young, and then they used it against us and to destroy our lives later.” She added that she felt pressure to obey the judge as she was terrified he’d order Child Protective Services to intervene and tear apart her family.

This truly sounds like something out of a nightmare, with Adams saying the judge used psychological manipulation “to make you feel as small and degraded and belittled as possible to take your power away”.

Adams said it was “just a given” that she couldn’t tell anyone what was going on: “Who would believe it anyway? Because the whole town was doing it. Nobody cares. They’re all swingers. It’s all a big party to them. It was just so normal.”

The jailer agrees

Her story was backed up by the former deputy jailer at Letcher County, Sarah Davis, who confirmed reports of “nasty and sickening” events taking place at the parties: “Pretty much everybody in the county knows. But it was confirmed to me after working in the county jail, especially after being invited to a party myself.”

A third woman, Sabrina Adkins, said she’d even seen Judge Mullins having sex with an unknown woman in his judge’s chambers, telling cops: “I seen Judge Mullins having sex with a girl … in the judge’s chambers.”

Now, as to why Stines opened fire. Cops found Stines’ daughter’s phone number in the judge’s phone. Now, this isn’t confirmed, but you don’t have to be Sherlock Holmes to figure out what might have happened to make a Sheriff execute their old friend, a judge, in cold blood. Stines is currently being held in a Kentucky jail without bond, and we eagerly await the trial to figure out exactly what the heck happened.
