‘We are sooo gonna get together’: Florida dad confronts man with ‘delusional online fixation’ on his teen daughter

Good thing her dad was home!

A Florida dad confronted a 29-year-old man in the driveway of his home, who had traveled 1,000 miles from Pennsylvania to meet up with his 14-year-old daughter because the Pennsylvania man had a “delusional online fixation” with the teenager.

“U SUH SEXY FRfr”

According to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, in May, Jarred Easter, from Trevose, Pennsylvania, began sending explicit email messages to the teen, who is an influencer. According to Easter’s probable cause affidavit, viewed by Law & Crime, the contact included graphic photos and messages like, “WE ARE SOOO GONNA GET TOGETHER? U SUH SEXY FRfr.”

Other messages described the explicit abuse he planned to do to the girl, with comments like, “U HAV TO TELL ME Where U ARE?? & I WILL BE THERE. CUZ U S—Y AS F—.”

In June, the girl’s father contacted the police about the emails. They continued, although the girl and her father never responded to the emails. Somehow, Easter found out where the girl lived, and on August 16, 2025, the girl’s father confronted him in the driveway of their Florida home.

Reportedly, Easter introduced himself to the girl’s dad and asked if he could see his daughter. The man reportedly said, “No,” and that she was just a child. The girl’s father recognized Easter from the previous email correspondence.

The man called the police, who tracked Easter to a nearby hotel, where they arrested him. He remains in the Walton County Jail on a $250,000 bond and is expected on September 16.

“This was a sick-minded individual”

Easter’s charges include using a computer to solicit sexual activity with a minor, transmitting harmful material, traveling to meet a minor to engage in sexual activity, and using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony.

Referring to the case, Walton County Sheriff Michael Adkinson said in a statement, “This was a sick-minded individual who convinced himself he had a relationship with a child. We are grateful the victim never saw his messages, and we are working tirelessly to ensure there are no other victims connected to this predator. Perverts who cross state lines to target children will find themselves in handcuffs.”
