Folks, they’re not sending their best. For weeks, Minnesotans have had to endure the government sending the absolute worst people in the United States to terrorize them on the streets, in their workplaces, and at home.
Countless videos show meatheaded, out-of-shape morons with over-inflated egos relishing the opportunity to gas, beat, and intimidate their fellow Americans – a campaign that’s left countless people injured, several blinded from ‘less-than-lethal’ ammunition, and two people dead.
Now, in what’s something of a snapshot of the type of person ICE attracts, 31-year-old Border Patrol agent Alfredo Mancillas Jr. of Corpus Christi, Texas, was discovered by a Minnesota state trooper “slumped over in the driver’s seat” at 3.25 am Tuesday in a no-parking zone in West St. Paul, Minneapolis.

The trooper reported that Mancillas stank of booze, that he had bloodshot and watery eyes, and that he was “covered in vomit”. Mancillas was promptly subjected to a field sobriety test, which, predictably, he flunked. He was then asked to submit a breathalyzer test.
He refused to do so, was arrested, booked into the Ramsey County jail, and charged with 3rd and 4th degree driving while impaired.
It’s a miracle he didn’t kill anyone
The Sahan Journal contacted DHS for comment, who released a terse boilerplate response confirming that “an employee of Custom and Border Protection was arrested by Minnesota State Troopers for driving under the influence in Saint Paul, MN” and that their “office of professional responsibility” is examining the incident.
They insisted:
“CBP stresses honor and integrity in every aspect of our mission, and the overwhelming majority of CBP employees and officers perform their duties with honor and distinction, working tirelessly every day to keep our country safe”
Mmm. Maybe they should stress “honor and integrity” a little harder, just to drive the philosophy home.
Mancillas subsequently appeared in court, where he was denied his request for a public defender and was released on his own recognizance. His next court hearing will be on Mar. 24.
As far as ICE’s crimes in Minnesota go, this is small potatoes, but we should be glad the apparently heavily intoxicated Border Patrol agent didn’t kill anybody while driving drunk and vomiting all over himself. But it speaks to the quality of the people who answer their call: idiots, sociopaths, and racists with little regard for anyone’s safety but their own.
