Epstein files expose FBI was ‘hacked’ in 2023 during SuperBowl and crucial evidence vanished …or was it erased?

Jeffrey Epstein’s saga has gotten to a point where the Federal Bureau of Investigation can no longer claim that they actually believed there were no co-conspirators. A new report alleging that an FBI breach wiped out some of the evidence in 2023 left Marjorie Taylor Greene exasperated over the impunity.

There’s a lot of criticism that can be leveled at former Representative Greene, and much of it is deserved. But she does deserve credit for pressuring the current administration to release the Epstein files. One could even argue that she put her career on the line, considering how close she once was with Donald Trump. So when she calls out the administration for allegedly not acknowledging that they lost 100TB of files concerning the Epstein case, her words are to be taken seriously.

The events happened after Epstein’s apparent suicide. It was during the busy events of the 2023 Super Bowl Sunday, when the Kansas City Chiefs faced the Philadelphia Eagles. As you could probably guess, the timing was significant because the FBI had reduced staffing at that particular time.

The breach allegedly targeted the FBI’s New York City office, specifically the C-20 computer lab. This location houses the unit dedicated to sex crimes within the FBI. Spivack made a declaration acknowledging that the lab had recently enabled internet access to its systems, which created a vulnerability. “Intruders” then gained entry to the records.

The intruders allegedly “combed through certain files pertaining to the Epstein investigation.” The hack resulted in the disappearance of 500TB of data from the lab’s servers. Spivack was apparently able to retrieve 400TB that had been lost, but 100TB disappeared into the ether. There is no public knowledge of what these files contained, who the intruders were, or what the FBI is doing about this breach.

What is apparent, however, is that FBI Director Kash Patel did, at the very least, mislead the public. Patel repeatedly assured the public through podcast appearances and House depositions under oath that there was no reason to believe there were any co-conspirators in the Epstein case. A hack into the FBI after the death of the accused, deleting details about his crimes, would suggest that he may have had someone else involved who was afraid of the full details of his sex crimes coming to light.

One person suggested on X that the files could still be recovered, saying, “There’s always a copy. Always a backup. There is always somebody creating an insurance policy/safety net for themselves. So I look for the backup.” Another person pointed the blame at Joe Biden, saying, “And we’re just hearing about this now? Sounds like a convenient excuse the intelligence community cooked up to keep it under wraps. No surprise the Biden administration kept it secret.”

The FBI has still issued no official statement on the breach or the data loss. The Epstein case has been such a chaotic experience that it has not only maligned the trustworthiness of the FBI, but also given the conspiracies surrounding Epstein more life.
