A waitress at a Texas Roadhouse has shared what she described as her wildest story from her time working at the restaurant. Bree, who goes by @breezyjtts on TikTok, said in her video that the incident involved a group of young teenage boys and ended with one of them being taken away in an ambulance.
Bree said in her TikTok video that a group of six boys, aged around 13 to 14 years old, came into the restaurant on what she described as a regular summer night. She said things seemed fine at first, but she and other servers started noticing that the boys kept going back and forth to the bathroom.
When the boys returned from one of those trips, Bree said staff noticed that one boy looked visibly unwell. “He was just not feeling good,” she said in the video. “He looked gray in the face.” Shortly after, she said, the boy vomited all over the table.
The staff realized something more serious had happened in the bathroom
Bree said in the video that her managers felt something else was going on beyond the boy simply feeling sick. “My managers had a sense that something else was going on. Something happened in that bathroom. He’s injured somewhere. He’s sweating. But all of my managers were women, so he said that he wanted to talk to a guy,” Bree said.
A male server went over to talk to him, and what Bree said she learned next was something she described as unbelievable. According to her account in the video, the boys had been jumping over the bathroom stalls, standing on the toilets and hurling themselves over. The boy who got sick, she said, had been wearing netted mesh basketball shorts when he attempted the jump.
Bree said in the video that as the boy jumped over a stall, his genitals got caught on the coat hanger attached to the stall door, and he was injured as he fell. She said she “literally could not believe it” when she heard what had happened.
After the boy became sick and said he was not feeling well, Bree said staff called the police and an ambulance. She said the call was made both to get the boy medical help and to make sure the restaurant had covered all legal requirements, given that the injury appeared to have happened on the premises.
While she was trying to care for the boy, clean up, and still attend to her other tables, Bree said someone unexpected walked through the door, her boyfriend. She said in the video that she had completely forgotten that her boyfriend, who is a police officer, worked in the same town and would likely be dispatched to that very call. “Literally, what could be happening at the Texas Roadhouse on a Thursday night?” she said, imagining what he must have been thinking when he got the call.
Bree said she told her manager, “So funny story, that’s actually my boyfriend,” but said nobody believed her. She said one of her managers walked up to him and jokingly asked if he knew her, and he played along, responding, “No, I actually have no idea who that is.”
Bree said coworkers started asking her to show them photos of the two of them together as proof. “Guys, first of all, the craziest thing has happened at our restaurant and this is what you don’t believe?” she said in the video. “Do you realize what has happened here tonight?” Servers at Texas Roadhouse have shared other unexpected experiences while waiting tables there.
Bree said the boy was eventually taken by ambulance to the hospital, though she said she did not know the final outcome. The last time she saw him, she said, he was on his way to the hospital. She closed the video by saying, “Do not leave a group of 13, 14-year-old boys unsupervised, especially 6 of them at a Texas Roadhouse.”
The video drew responses from viewers who related to the story. “As a former Texas Roadhouse server this sounds about right,” one commenter wrote. Another asked, “How do 13 year old boys get there tho… they literally can’t drive.” Texas Roadhouse has previously made headlines for incidents that go beyond food-related disputes.
