Marvel’s Ant-Man was all over the news this year thanks to the heated controversy that sprung up after Edgar Wright’s sudden departure from the project. However, now that the dust has settled, things have been relatively silent in regards to the size-changing superhero. Filming began in San Francisco back in August, and since then the biggest news stories about the movie has been Martin Donovan’s mystery role and Evangeline Lilly’s new haircut.

Now that the production has moved to Atlanta, however, things are beginning to pick up, and Marvel’s most scrutinized project is coming back into the limelight. This week, some eagle-eyed fans were able to capture our first glimpse at Michael Douglas as the first Ant-Man, Hank Pym. Douglas won’t be donning a superhero costume or shrinking down to near-microscopic proportions (that’s up to Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang), but he has donned a suit that would make even Gordon Gekko jealous.

Pym will be passing along his Ant-Man tech to Scott Lang and engaging in corporate battles with his former protege Darren Cross (House of Cards‘ Corey Stoll), who becomes the supervillain Yellowjacket, and he’ll definitely be doing so in style.

We also get our first look at rapper T.I. (Clifford Harris Jr.) in these photos, who describes his role in the film as a “superhero’s homeboy.” Based on that description and the security guard outfit he’s wearing in the photos, it looks like he might be a friend of Scott Lang’s who helps him break into Pym Technologies and steal the Ant-Man suit.

Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man is set to crawl into theaters on July 17th, 2015.

Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, con-man Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.
