Martin Garrix Premieres New Avicii And Ed Sheeran Collaborations At Ultra Music Festival, Brings Usher On Stage

Without a doubt, one of the best performances at Ultra Music Festival this weekend came to us courtesy of Martin Garrix. Aside from bringing out Usher on stage with him for their new song Don't Look Down (which you can watch in the video below), the young EDM superstar premiered some huge new music, including collaborations with Avicii and Ed Sheeran.

Without a doubt, one of the best sets at Ultra Music Festival this weekend came to us courtesy of Martin Garrix. Aside from bringing out Usher on stage with him for their new song “Don’t Look Down” (which you can watch in the video below), the young EDM superstar premiered some huge new music, including collaborations with Avicii and Ed Sheeran.

First up is the Avicii song, which is titled “Waiting For Love” and can be heard in the embed above. Radio friendly and a bit more scaled back than Martin’s typical main stage bangers, the track is covered in Tim’s signature sound, playing like something you’d find on True. Rumors point to John Legend on vocals, but so far, that’s unconfirmed.

When we asked Martin if the song would be appearing on his album, he told us that he wasn’t sure yet, as both him and Avicii want the track and currently, there hasn’t been a decision made on whose album it will show up on. Either way, it’s a very catch song and one that we definitely can’t wait to see officially released.

In other Martin Garrix news, the producer also debuted his Ed Sheeran collaboration, which features elements and sounds from both artists. Titled “Rewind Repeat It,” the upbeat tune boasts a synth-heavy build and pop-y vocals, making it a surefire contender for the DJ’s next hit.

Take a listen to Martin’s new music and then head on down to the comments section and let us know what you think.
