After a well received first season, Marvel's Daredevil series has officially been given the greenlight for another run of episodes on Netflix, which means we have about 13 hours of exciting superhero television to look forward to in 2016. And, now that Matt Murdock has ascended from being a rookie vigilante to the costumed hero we know and love, we can expect his stories to take on new life next season. That means that Marvel will need to bring in more characters, some of which will hopefully deepen the connection the Man Without Fear has with the rest of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While nothing has been officially announced just yet, here are 7 characters who could bring with them some seminal Daredevil stories from the comics and plenty more geek-tastic moments.

Rewatch The Incredible Corridor Fight Scene From Marvel’s Daredevil

I think that it's safe to say that at this point, there's no doubt left in anyone's mind as to whether or not Marvel's latest venture into television was a success or not. Daredevil is one of the best things to come out of the studio in a long time and its gritty, edgy and dark tone is a breath of fresh air amidst their usual cinematic offerings.

Speaking of cinematic, how about that impressive corridor fight scene? Taking place in a hallway and covered in Oldboy influence, it’s an expertly put together fight sequence that rivals most of what the big screen has to offer. Seriously, it gives what we saw in True Detective a run for its money and is hands down one of the best fight scenes I’ve ever seen in any comic book adaptation.

In case you somehow missed it, haven’t had the chance to see it yet, or simply want to relive it, we have it embedded above for your viewing pleasure. The more times you watch it the more you’re able to take in and thus, the more impressive it becomes. And if you haven’t yet seen the show, trust me, this scene is just of its many impressive aspects. Pretty much everything about Daredevil is top-notch and though it does have a few wrinkles to iron out, it has me very excited to see what Marvel and Netflix can do next.

But I digress. Take a look at the scene in question above and let us know, are you digging Daredevil so far? Sound off below!
