If the Enchantress really is going to be the villain (well, they’re all villains… but you know what I mean) of David Ayer’s Suicide Squad movie as yesterday’s rumor suggests, than the creepy behind-the-scenes snap below definitely proves that Cara Delevingne has the right look for the role.

We’ve seen the character in that initial teaser image, as well as a few glimpses of her in the San Diego Comic Con trailer, but this pic of Delevingne in the process of getting done-up as the “Switcheroo Witcheroo” gives us a much better idea of the intricate details of her body paint.

For instance, she’s sporting a Tau Cross on her neck. This symbol is used in witchcraft to provide protection to those about to undertake a long journey, and also as a talisman to ward off disease in some cultures. Is Enchantress’ human side, June Moon, attempting to keep the evil entity possessing her at bay perhaps? Could be. It would also explain the symbols surrounding the bathtub in the shot above.

Suicide Squad also stars Will Smith as Deadshot, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jared Leto as Joker, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Killer Croc, Karen Fukuhara as Katana, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag, Adam Beach as Slipknot and Jay Hernandez as El Diablo. The movie is set to hit theaters August 5, 2016.
