The CW has today released a new poster for The Flash, and as well as putting the spotlight on the Fastest Man Alive, it also drops a very interesting hint about the role of Harrison Wells in the hit series. Of course, that's not the Wells from season one who was actually Eobard Thawne in disguise. It's the Wells from Earth-2, and as of right now, we still don't know whether or not he can be trusted!

The CW has today released a new poster for The Flash, and as well as putting the spotlight on the Fastest Man Alive, it also drops a very interesting hint about the role of Harrison Wells in the hit series. Of course, that’s not the Wells from season one who was actually Eobard Thawne in disguise. It’s the Wells from Earth-2, and as of right now, we still don’t know whether or not he can be trusted!

Here’s the synopsis for the episode – titled “Enter Zoom” – which gives us a better idea of what we should expect from this one:

After recent events, Barry (Grant Gustin) decides it’s time to confront Zoom and comes up with a dangerous plan. Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) sides with Jay (guest star Teddy Sears) and deems it too dangerous for Barry to engage with the speed demon. However, Iris (Candice Patton) shows her support and brings forth a surprising ally. We see what Earth-2 Harrison Wells’ (Tom Cavanagh) life was like before coming through the breech.

Last night’s episode of The Flash revealed that “Harry” definitely has some secrets, including a daughter who has been kidnapped by Zoom. Some fans believe that the character may be setting Barry Allen up in a bid to get her back, but there hasn’t really been any sign of that just yet. What we do know is that Jay Garrick (The Flash from Earth-2) certainly doesn’t trust him, and also that he was responsible for the creation of all of Earth-2’s metahumans.

Tell us, do you think Harrison Wells can be trusted in The Flash? Let us know your theories on he character down below!
