The MTV Movie Awards aren’t exactly the most prestigious of awards ceremonies, but they’re certainly a lot of fun to watch and do bring with them an ample amount of exciting new trailers and clips. Tonight’s outing was no different, as debuted during the show was a brand new slice of footage from Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War.

As you can see in the video above, the clips shows us Cap in action taking out some of Crossbones’ armed soldiers and kicking serious ass – as per usual. The clip may not give us much about the plot, and we’re not sure of the context of the scene, but it’s still a tantalizing little tease of what’s to come in just a few weeks’ time. And speaking of what’s to come – if those Twitter reactions are any indication, then we’re in for a real treat.

Captain America: Civil War marches into theatres on May 6th, 2016 and is directed by Joe and Anthony Russo.
