A preview of one of the more anticipated collaborations from the recognizable EDM DJ has hit the web this week, giving us the first taste of his upcoming song with rapper M.I.A. Though only a mere eighteen seconds long, the lo-fi teaser gives us an idea of what the two musicians have been up to in the studio. We can hear M.I.A.’s characteristic rhymes in the preview, as they’re set to world influenced drums and electronically altered vocal chops.

Though the snippet sports poor sound quality and a short duration, fans will still be excited to hear the first hints of the new Skrillex collaboration, which could possibly surface on M.I.A.’s upcoming album in July.
