Canadian producer Felix Cartal has been keeping busy in 2016, delivering a number of top notch releases like his Kaskade collaboration “Fakin’ It,” which went on to get a catchy future house remix courtesy of Hotel Garuda. Now, he’s teamed up with LA based vocalist Steph Jones on a new dance pop single titled “Keep Up.”
“Keep Up” features a summery sound with plenty of pop appeal thanks to Steph Jones’ infectious vocal hooks. Felix Cartal brings his usual dance floor production values to the table, crafting a bouncy backing track with upbeat percussion and kinetic electronics. Lighthearted drops follow the vocal driven verses, led by steady four on the floor rhythms and catchy synth melodies.
