Most of the new reveals here are confirmations of what was already reported to have been shown in CoroCoro, but being able to put a face to the name is always nice. First up on-stage is Silvally, the evolved form of Type: Null that looks much friendlier than its base form. As the previous reports suggested, the chimera-like creature can change between any type it desires by way of its special ability: RKS System. Silvally will change type depending on which item you give it to hold.

Next up are Hakamo-o and Kommo-o, the evolved forms of the Dragon-type Jangmo-o. The design for both looks heavily inspired by dinosaurs, especially raptors, with each having the special abilities Bulletproof and Soundproof. What’s more, Komm0-o can learn the unique move Changing Scales, which sacrifices defence for huge damage.

Other new additions include Steenee and Tsareena, the pure Grass-type evolutions of Bounsweet, and Ribombee – the evolved form of Cutiefly As expected, the trailer ends by unveiling another set of updated classics: Alolan Grimer and Muk. The latter looks rather psychedelic.

Pokemon Sun and Moon hit 3DS on November 18. Can’t wait? Next week will see the release of a special demo on the Nintendo eShop.
