Bungie’s weekly reset of the Destiny servers has come once again today, bringing with it the usual changes to the shooter’s various PvE and PvP content. Nightfall, Prison of Elders and Crucible have all received their respective rotations, with past modifiers and bosses returning from previous resets to keep Guardians on their toes.
First up is the weekly Nightfall Strike, which welcomes back the Dust Palace as its setting, featuring the Berserk, Ironclad and Catapult modifiers. That’s right, there’s no element burn this week, so feel free to use whatever weapon takes your fancy, regardless of what color bullets it sprays out.
As a refresher, Berserk restricts enemy combatants from flinching, regardless of how much damage they take, while Ironclad ups the amount of foes boasting shielded hides. Catapult, which drastically decreases the amount of time it takes for your grenades to recharge, will undoubtedly be your best friend as you tackle the Psion Flayer bosses. If you prefer to have your skills tested by other players, Crucible welcomes back Zone Control and Mayhem Rumble as its weekly modes, a perfect selection that caters to team-based and solo play.
Oh, and don’t forget to pay Vosik a visit in Rise of Iron‘s Wrath of the Machine raid. The overgrown Fallen boss is the obstacle to be overcome in order to complete this week’s Challenge Mode. Special armor Ornaments and an emblem are yours for the taking if you emerge victorious.
Destiny is available on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, although if you’re still on last-gen tech, it might be time for an upgrade – Bungie no longer supports either console with new content or updates.
