8 Things Marvel Is Doing Wrong With Their Comic Book Universe

While the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues to dominate the superhero genre on the big screen, the comic book universe leaves a lot to be desired. As sales plummet and retailers voice concerns that the company’s decisions are hurting them, it’s become clear that some changes need to be made.

What exactly is Marvel doing wrong, though? Sadly, the list is a long one, and while they are getting a lot right, they’re also making way too many mistakes. In fact, the state of their comics are pretty dire right now. Sure, they still have a lot of great titles on the shelves of comic book stores, but most appear to be there in an attempt to cash in on the success of the movies rather than act in the best interest of the reader.
