Not long ago, those of us who have been following the bigger mysteries surrounding DC’s Rebirth era were floored by the news that Batman and The Flash are set to crossover this April in a four-part story arc titled “The Button,” which will no doubt shed some light on how the Watchmen characters have been involved in the grand scheme of things.

The latest bit of information to come by, however, is probably more to the liking of the collectors among us. While we already knew that lenticular covers will be shipping come April, all we had to go on were static images and the rest was left to imagination.

But, thanks to a newly released GIF, we have a much better idea as to what Jason Fabok’s lenticular Batman #21 cover will look like, and it can be seen in the gallery at the top. Retailing for $3.99, this is definitely the option I would choose. Suffice it to say, those who got the most out of Villains Month and Futures End a few years back will likely agree.

For those who aren’t interested in a fancier edition – or are unable to get their hands on one – a sampling of Fabok’s nonlenticular cover can also be found in the gallery, which will come with a $2.99 price tag.

As for The Flash #21, we have only a look at Fabok’s nonlenticular cover for that particular issue as of now, but its reveal is not without interest. What surprised me, personally, was seeing Eobard Thawne. Knowing the role he played in Flashpoint, I can’t wait to see what awaits him in “The Button.”

Be sure to get in on the ground floor when Batman #21 arrives in comic shops on April 19.
