While we impatiently await the arrival of the first full theatrical trailer for Justice League that director Zack Snyder alleges will arrive shortly, we’re taking in whatever bits of information we can. Not surprisingly, collectibles are giving us a pretty good idea of what to expect, as we were recently treated to some new looks at DC’s most iconic heroes via some awesome looking premium statues.

Thankfully, New York Toy Fair bore more generous fruit this weekend in the form of a new Batmobile toy that will be released in conjunction with the film. CNET was able to capture Batman’s slick ride from a variety of angles, leading us to believe that the Dark Knight will be upgrading its weapon capabilities.

As you can see, it retains that element of natural wear and tear as seen in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, giving us the idea that this is a Batman who’s been on the job for 20 years. Furthermore, it appears that a few more guns and missiles have been added to the artillery, no doubt with the intent of better combating Steppenwolf and the forces of Apokolips. If this does indeed hold up in the film, it stands to reason that Batman may even apply these upgrades as the story proceeds. I mean, it wouldn’t be the first time collectibles spoiled a key plot point, now would it?

As for the Batman figure seen in the driver’s seat, it’s hard to say whether that will be included when this baby hits the open market, as it could be used for display purposes only. Who knows, the car may include a standard figure, an exclusive variant or nothing at all. You never actually know which route a toy company will go in.

I guess we’ll just have to wait for when toys such as these pop up in major retailers around the time of Justice League‘s theatrical release, which happens to be November 17.
