Stylish Avengers: Infinity War Posters Take A Unique Approach

Acting as the culmination of just about everything that we've seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to date, Avengers: Infinity War is not only going to be an absolutely massive motion picture, but it's probably also the most important film that the studio's ever made. Set to bring together nearly all of the franchise's characters as they unite to take on Thanos, it's going to be an event movie unlike any other and could just be one of the biggest blockbusters of all-time.

Acting as the culmination of just about everything that we’ve seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to date, Avengers: Infinity War is not only going to be an absolutely massive motion picture, but it’s probably also the most important film that the studio’s ever made. Set to bring together nearly all of the franchise’s characters as they unite to take on Thanos, it’s going to be an event movie unlike any other and could just be one of the biggest blockbusters of all-time.

So, with that in mind, you’d think that Marvel would want to rev up the promotional machine well in advance to ensure that the hype levels are high as we inch closer and closer to Infinity War‘s release, right? Well, unfortunately, that hasn’t exactly been the case. Those who were lucky enough to attend San Diego Comic-Con got a taste of the first trailer, and we’ve seen some neat promo art, but that aside, it’s been pretty dry.

Thankfully, then, we have a number of eager fans to help whet our appetite. Seemingly every week a new, fan-made poster for the film surfaces and quite frankly, they’ve all been rather stunning. Not only that, but with each new one that rears its head, Marvel has more and more to live up to with their first official one-sheet. Echoing that fact is the latest poster (or should we say, posters) that have debuted today, courtesy of the extremely talented Boss Logic.

Featuring the mathematical symbol for infinity, each of these one-sheets is beautifully designed, boasting the color scheme and/or costume of a specific character from the film. Marvel fans should have no trouble figuring out who each poster is referencing, but in case you need some help, we’ve got a design for Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man, Chris Evans’ Captain America, Chris Hemsworth’s Thor, Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk, Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther, Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord, Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange and Tom Holland’s Spider-Man. Not to mention one that features the Infinity Stones.

Of course, with so many heroes being included in the blockbuster, there are still a good handful of fan favorites left out here – but we really can’t complain. As mentioned above, Boss Logic has done a terrific job once again, giving us something that will hopefully tide everyone over until that long awaited trailer arrives – which should be in just a few weeks.

Packed to the rafters with scene-stealing chemistry and “intense surprises,” Avengers: Infinity War is quickly approaching, while the fourth, so-far untitled Avengers film will follow it in May of 2019, by which point viewers will be acquainted with Brie Larson’s Carol Danvers and her ’90s-set origin story. March 8th, 2019 is the date for your diaries for that one.
