When it comes to the March 15 episode, the appropriately titled “A Dark Knight: Reunion,” here’s what we’re told to expect:

Ivy (guest star Peyton List) picks her next target, leading Gordon and Lucius back to an old friend, as Selina tries to take matters into her own hands. Sofia wants full control of Gotham and turns to Lee about the state of the Narrows. Meanwhile, Bruce tries to make amends with Alfred, and Nygma visits Arkham in the all-new “A Dark Knight: Reunion” episode of GOTHAM airing Thursday, March 15 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

While the term “reunion” will probably apply to this more in various respects, it’s hard to ignore the bit about Edward Nygma visiting Arkham Asylum, where the Penguin just so happens to now reside. If you’ll recall, those two had a rivalry that’d give the Bret Hart-Shawn Michaels feud a run for its money, so it’ll be intriguing to see where it goes next now that both men are shells of their former selves.

Also of note is that Jerome Valeska is absent. So, unless he has some nonconsecutive appearances coming up, we may very well see his current storyline wrap during the March 8 episode. Still, we can’t help but notice that Peyton List’s Poison Ivy is yet again prominently touted, thus forcing us to believe she’s playing a huge role for the foreseeable future.

Gotham returns for its midseason premiere on Thursday, March 1st on Fox.
