Jerome Paints The Town Red In New Gotham Photos

To be completely honest, I'm just as excited to see each remaining episode of Gotham this spring as much as I am Avengers: Infinity War on opening weekend. That may seem like a bold statement to many of you, sure, but with the way this season's been heating up, and how Cameron Monaghan will officially bring the Joker to the series soon enough, how can I not get geeked?

To be completely honest, I’m just as excited to see each remaining episode of Gotham this spring as much as I am Avengers: Infinity War on opening weekend. That may seem like a bold statement to many of you, sure, but with the way this season’s been heating up, and how Cameron Monaghan will officially bring the Joker to the series soon enough, how can I not get geeked?

But before we can arrive at that point, we’re just going to have to enjoy the ride as Jerome Valeska continues assembling his Legion of Horribles, a cadre of villains united with the purpose of spreading Arkham Asylum’s madness out into the city at large.

Of course, we knew that both Scarecrow and Mad Hatter would be among the first to join the cause, but it appears that it won’t take much longer for other baddies to enlist. Recently, we assumed that Firefly would be among the next to take up arms, and this freshly released bounty of images supports that theory.

Still, it’s Jerome that’s proudly on display in most of the photos, no doubt causing his next round of mayhem. As you can see, his mannerisms appear to be quite Joker-ish in some cases, forcing us to wonder just how Monaghan will be able to craft an entirely different performance when he transitions to the Clown Prince of Crime himself later this season.
