Of all the many, many heroes lining the character roster of Avengers: Infinity War, Tony Stark (AKA Iron Man) is arguably the most popular of the bunch. And for good reason.

It’s going on 10 years since Robert Downey Jr. and director Jon Favreau struck gold with the original Iron Man movie, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe hasn’t slowed down since. As a matter of fact, after a full decade of superhero action, the MCU is bigger now than it’s ever been, and with Kevin Feige and Co. already plotting Phase 4, there will be no shortage of Marvel movies beyond 2018, of that we are certain.

One thing that’s isn’t guaranteed, though, is the fate of each character, leading many to assume that one of Marvel’s big guns (see: Tony Stark, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow) will bite the bullet late next week. And though that may be true, the Powers That Be have today shifted the spotlight over to Tony Stark with a new, Iron Man-centric promo.

It’s short and sweet and frankly, that’s okay. Because with only nine days left until release, Marvel Studios is seriously running the risk of spoiling Avengers: Infinity War prior to its grand debut. A film of this size and scope practically sells itself (it has upwards of 23 heroes, for crying out loud!), so we’re hopeful that those in charge will begin to rein things in now that April 27th is right around the corner.

And when Avengers: Infinity War does arrive, it’ll reportedly be looking at an opening weekend in the region of $235 million. How’s that for a slice of fried gold?
